  • ......Wow! What can I possibly say that has not already been said about the quality and process of obtaining a Pentrex home? It was discouraging trying to find ANY decent house in Webster last year. The houses all sell immediately, no matter the condition. When I stumbled on these beautiful homes being built I thought there is no way I can afford this magnificent home and a new build at that. I found a lot that had only a basement poured, so I thought well maybe now I am in on a house soon enough. It was my good fortune that no one had discovered it yet. I then considered that maybe the house would not have the layout that I desired. As it turns out, these homes could not have been better thought out. After being in my home for almost a year I can say there is not one thing I would change if given the chance. As another stated, the quality of the construction and finishes is quite evident after viewing other homes. I found them to be inferior and higher-priced than the Pentrex homes. I was also fortunate enough to find the home early enough to change a few of the colors and countertop materials to fit my offbeat taste. One thing that I was extremely impressed with was the efficiency and organized manner in which everything was accomplished. The Pentrex group works as a cohesive team, which is something that is becoming more difficult to find in today's work climate. Not only do they work as a unit, but there is excellent communication with their vendors (in my case, the lighting). The contact knew exactly how to navigate my tastes, my ignorance on lighting, and what would work in each given space. I dealt with other contacts and they all were so helpful and knew exactly what the deal was. No trying to explain everything and hoping it would all come together. As far as living in the house, I still feel like I am at some fancy resort or living someone else's extravagant lifestyle. The master bathroom is like an Italian villa and I am still not accustomed to having my main floor living space that I have always dreamed of! I can't recommend Pentrex enough for your new home!   • ......Finding a 5-Bedroom house in Webster Groves in 2017 was discouraging. Every decent house sold within a few days. There were few fixer uppers and not much else left in our price range. We met with other builders before meeting with Pentrex. The differences were quite contrasting. The premium quality of work along with the excellent personalized service made it an enjoyable experience that we would do over again. Whether it was Tom, Teri, Austin or Ron, we always got a quick response about any questions or issues we had.   • ......When we finally decided to downsize and build a ranch "to grow old in", we stumbled across the Pentrex Corporation and a very attractive wooded lot. We had never heard of them, but decided to research the company and talk to others that had built with Pentrex. Everyone had fabulous things to say about them,so we moved forward to pick out a floor plan and heavily revised it for our personal taste. We had built two other times with big-name builders in large subdivisions. The experience was like an assembly line. With Pentrex, it was the complete opposite. Tom & Ron were always available to meet and talk with us anytime of the day or night or weekends. No question, phone call, request or change order bothered their team. We were treated with the utmost respect and personal assistance at all times. The entire team was pleasant and polite anytime we spoke from the day we signed our contract. Our home is gorgeous and has so many upgrades that were standard with Pentrex. Every person that walks in our new home is amazed at the quality of work. The workmanship is superb and our home was completed before the promised completion date. Since we have been in our home, the supervisor is readily available to work out any items that need attention. We couldn't be happier with our choice in builders.
