The construction of each Pentrex Development home is managed by a seasoned construction superintendent who will personally manage all the stages and subcontractors involved in the building of your new Pentrex home. You will have the opportunity to meet your superintendent during the construction of your home.

At Pentrex Development, we fully understand how busy your lives can be. We will work to minimize your expenditure of time and energy. We have streamlined our process of building so efficiently that even the busiest people can build their dream home without drastically changing their everyday schedule.
Do I need a real estate agent to purchase my new home?
Pentrex Development enjoys a wonderful relationship with our Real Estate community and recognize the need for these highly specialized professionals who will assist you in a smooth transition into your new home (particularly when you have another home to sell). It is, however, not required to have a Realtor represent you in your transaction.
Once I select a specific floor plan, is there any flexibility to change this plan?
Of course! Pentrex Development believes your new home should be as individual as you are. That's why we offer a variety of options on each home. You will find that our models demonstrate a large variety of the options available to you in personalizing your new home. You will be able to customize your home to fit your budget and your tastes. We will work with you throughout the process to answer any questions you may have.
How and when do I make my final selections?
You will generally make your final selections within 2-weeks of contract.
Does my home come with a warranty? Your new Pentrex Development home will come standard with a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials. Details of this comprehensive warranty are featured in our Homeowners Manual.
Do you accept contingency contracts?
Pentrex Development will accept a contingency contract on available inventory homes and home sites. You are encouraged to visit with our Staff to discuss the details of your specific situation.

Once we have made our decisions and the house been started, how often do we need to check on progress?
You probably will not have to go to it all if you do not want to. Once you have made your decisions, it's our job to see that the construction is done correctly.
